Who am I ?

I am a bridge between worlds - the ancient and modern, the mystical and practical, the wounded and the whole.

My journey began in curiosity about the great mystery of being human. Why do we suffer? How do we heal? What lies beyond the stories we tell ourselves about who we are?

For over fifteen years, I've been a student of the plant medicine traditions of Peru, sitting with indigenous teachers who showed me that healing isn't something we do to ourselves - it's something we remember we already are. These teachers didn't just share their medicines; they shared a way of seeing the world where everything is alive, everything is connected, and healing happens in relationship.

But I'm also deeply rooted in the modern world of psychology and neuroscience. I understand trauma through both the lens of Western research and ancient wisdom traditions. I know that our bodies hold our stories, that our nervous systems remember what our minds have forgotten, and that true healing happens when we honor both our brilliant minds and our wise bodies.

What drives me is witnessing the moment when someone stops apologizing for who they are and starts celebrating it instead. When the masks come off and the real person steps forward - messy, beautiful, perfectly imperfect, and finally free.

I've walked my own path through depression, anxiety, and the deep loneliness that comes from living disconnected from your true self. I know what it's like to feel like a stranger in your own life. And I know the incredible relief and joy that comes when you finally come home to yourself.

My work is about creating sacred space where you can meet yourself without judgment, where you can explore the depths of your experience without having to perform or pretend.

Whether we're working with paint and clay, sitting in meditation, processing a difficult experience, or simply talking about what's alive in you right now - every moment is an opportunity for remembering.

As a therapist, I bring warmth, empathy, and a sense of humor into our work together. I leave my own agenda at the door and follow your cues, offering support when you need it and gently challenging you when it serves your growth. I strive to find a balance between seriousness and lightness—honoring the depth of your experience while also making space for joy and laughter along the way.

You are not a problem to be solved. You are a mystery to be lived, a song to be sung, a work of art in constant creation. My honor is to witness your unfolding and reflect back the magnificence I see - especially when you can't see it yourself.
