Terms and Conditions
Welcome to my practice, I, Mariya Garnet, am an artist, coach, facilitator and a postgraduate student of Expressive Arts Therapy at CREATE Institute (Toronto). My training includes an Advanced Diploma in Media Arts, 16 years of apprenticeship and practice within Peruvian Vegetalismo tradition ( Amazonian indigenous tradition of addressing one's physical and emotional health) and a professional retraining program in Practical Psychology (Integral Neuroprogramming modality) from Institute of Innovative Psychotechnologies ( Russia).
Thank you for choosing to attend a personal retreat taking place in nature. I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where all participants can feel respected and valued. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the event.

1. This is a collaborative relationship between individuals, and both the client and the facilitator have certain rights and responsibilities. As a client, you have the right to considerate, safe, and respectful care, without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, or source of payment. You also have the right to ask questions about any aspects of the process and the coach's specific training and experience.

2.Confidentiality is an essential part of these services, and any information collected during sessions is treated confidentially and cannot be disclosed to a third party without written permission from the client. However, the confidentiality rule does not apply in certain cases, such as if you disclose information about harming yourself, harming a specific identified person, disclosing previously undisclosed sexual offenses, or other serious, violent crimes against identifiable individuals, disclosing information that would indicate a particular child under the age of 16 years has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed or neglected, or disclosing sexual abuse by a regulated health professional. In addition, a court may order the release of your records.

3.Booking Deposits: All participants must pay a booking deposit at the time of booking. The deposit can be transferred to a future date up to 30 days before the scheduled retreat date, but it cannot be refunded.
