What does working with me look like?
My approach is grounded in the belief that while the mind understands, the body knows.
I help clients reconnect with their inner compass, guiding them towards a joyful and fulfilling life rooted in the present moment. Acknowledging that we are our own greatest teachers, I focus on healing complex trauma, including pre-verbal and attachment trauma from early childhood, as well as addressing present-day relational and existential difficulties through a holistic body-mind-spirit approach.
By integrating creative expression, somatic awareness, and insights from plant medicine traditions, I support clients in navigating their feelings and experiences while accessing the wisdom of their bodies. Together, we work to restore balance and cultivate a deeper connection to oneself and the world around us.
Initial Consultation and Intake
Our journey begins with a complimentary 20-minute Zoom consultation, followed by a comprehensive intake process. This allows us to establish clear goals and tailor our approach to your unique needs.
Core Values and Philosophy
My practice is rooted in curiosity towards human experience and the belief that we all possess inner wisdom. I value nature, traditional knowledge, and understand that 90% of our activity is governed by the subconscious mind. My approach utilizes various techniques to engage and collaborate with your unconscious.

Session Structure and Approach
I offer weekly 60-minute or bi-weekly 90-minute online sessions. My practice is relational, recognizing the value of a safe, empathetic therapeutic relationship. I employ a variety of methods, including Expressive Arts Therapy, Integral Neuroprogramming, and Compassionate Inquiry.
Client-Centered and Engaging
Each session is tailored to your needs, using language and style that resonate with you. Engagement occurs through verbal communication or artistic expression. We regularly assess progress based on the goals established during intake.
Safe and Confidential Space
I create a safe environment by practicing radical acceptance and non-judgment. Confidentiality adheres to CRPO protocols, and I maintain clinical supervision by a Registered Psychotherapist.
Additional Support
While I don't assign homework, I encourage reflection between sessions. For crisis situations, I provide emergency numbers and helpline information.
